All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ME TO GET A REFUND?
Please allow 5 to 7 days for your refund to be processed. Depending on your credit card company's processing time, it can take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
I WANT TO RETURN MY PURCHASE! WHAT DO I DO?
We accept returns up to 14 days of receipt (day tracking says delivered). Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a merchandise return form and receive further instructions. Items must be unworn and in the condition it arrived in. After the 14 days of receipt and up to 30 days, we accept returns for exchange or credit. Buyers are responsible for the postage back for orders under $100. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
All sale items can be returned for store credit.
HOW DO I USE A STORE CREDIT AND A COUPON CODE?
Please enter your coupon code in the discount code section at check out. You will also see a place for notes and comments please include the discount code in the notes. At the time your order is shipped your discount will be adjusted to your store credit or form of payment.
I WANT TO PURCHASE AN ITEM THAT'S SOLD OUT! WHAT DO I DO?
Click on the item you would like to purchase and select your desired size if the item is sold out a notification will pop up. Click on "notify me when available" and enter your email address. When the item is back in stock you will be notified by email.
