Unworn and unwashed merchandise can be returned within 30 days of your order delivery date. House of Charlotte NO LONGER offers refunds, however, we will offer a store credit which you can use towards a future purchase. Please submit your order request HERE.

Items must be in original condition. No clearance items, bodysuits or swimwear will be accepted.

Return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. Cost for return shipping labels will be deducted from store credit. Store Credit does not expire. Store Credit is accessible via your customer account. If you did not create a customer account you may access your store credit by using the same email at checkout as on your original order. Store credit is only issued after your return is received and processed. 

RETURNS PROCESS

Once your return is submitted via our online portal, it will be in review. After your return is approved you will receive a follow-up email containing instructions for returning. To re-iterate, we do not offer refunds and we do not accept returns of items that are not in their original state.

Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect it for defects and/or signs of wear. If we detect that the item has been worn or damaged we reserve the right to deny your return. 

Once we've determined your item is in good condition you will be emailed store credit information. Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed and finalized. Due to the volume of orders that we receive daily, we cannot guarantee that your return will be processed on the day that it is received. Once your items have been inspected we will sure a store credit via email that can be used towards future purchases.

Exchange Details:

• You have 30 days from the date the order ships to initiate an exchange request. 
• Exchanges are unavailable for international orders. 
• Exchange item(s) must be received within 14 days of exchange order initiation. 
• Discounts and coupon codes cannot be applied to exchanges. 
• Items with low or no stock may appear on the website but will not be available for exchange in our return portal. 
• Instant exchanges require credit card information and will result in the desired item being shipped before the returned item is received. Regular exchanges do not require credit card information and will result in the desired item being shipped after the returned item is received. 

FINAL SALE ITEMS

All Sale/Clearance items are NOT eligible for return. They are FINAL SALE. If you used a coupon or purchased an item on clearance, the item is final sale.

Body suits are FINAL SALE due to the delicate nature of the item.

DAMAGED ITEMS:

If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise (style, color), you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt and provide a photo of the defect.  We will then determine if you are eligible for a full refund, exchange or credit and we will provide you with a prepaid label. After 48 hours, your item will fall within the 14 or 30 day policy described above. Damaged items must be unworn, repacked in the original packaging it came in.

Please email us with the your order number, a description of the damage, and a photograph of the damage to info@houseofcharlotteboutique.com.

ORDER NOT DELIVERED OR RETURNED TO SENDER

In the event that your order is returned to us as undelivered there will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from your refund. If we issue a refund it will be minus the restocking fee and shipping cost.
